Current interests include robotics, automation, lifting weights and longevity. I'm a little obsessed with learning how things work.

I spent most of my childhood and early college career obsessed with golf. I was fortunate enough to land a starting role on the Midwestern State golf team after I left my high school career behind. Midwestern State was the place where I would make a critical decision.
After dedicating all that time towards golf (which I still love), I began to get the feeling that it didn't provide any inherent value to the world. I realized that I could enjoy golf on my own time while pursuing something that would produce real value. That is when I decided to go all in for mechanical engineering, jumping head first into thermodynamics and physics.
Beyond academics, I found a real passion for lifting weights and the science of what makes muscles grow. That led me down a path of studying longevity research and gaining a better understanding of how our biology works. Besides that, I enjoy hiking, fishing, and coding.
